Gaining clarity enables you to overcome the inertia caused by confusion and to move forward with your life in a positive and productive way.
AMETRINE
Ametrine can help improve clarity in a way that eliminates confusion. By working with the third eye, it helps you to increase your insight, as well as your solar plexus chakra. When confused, carry ametrine in your pocket or wear it as a necklace around your neck. When your mind starts to get confused, hold the ametrine in your hand, close your eyes and repeat the mantra 10 times or until you feel a sense of peace.
SELENITE
Selenite is a highly vibrating crystal that connects you to a higher source of wisdom. If you are confused, hold a piece of selenite and sit quietly or stand for 5-10 minutes with your eyes closed, deep breathing and repeating the mantra.
